R.W Mercer Co. is a family-owned construction and service company committed to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a Service Compliance Technician to inspect fueling and monitoring equipment at client sites and ensure containment sumps are watertight.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
• Familiarity with operating a computer and an aptitude for learning computer skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able and willing to travel and stay out of town.
• Must be able and willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Responsibilities

• Follow all company safety practices and procedures according to applicable federal, state, and local codes, regulations, and requirements.
• Utilize various testing devices, multiple hand and power tools related to the job. Maintain tools and equipment to ensure all are in proper and safe working order.
• Complete assigned compliance testing and submit all paperwork/forms in a timely manner.
• Communicate with all customers, fellow employees, and inspectors in a professional manner.
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of company vehicles, supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Any other duties or responsibilities, assigned.
