Job Opening: Emergency Response Truck Driver

We are seeking an Emergency Response Truck Driver based in Omaha, NE, to assist with hazardous waste clean-up, site remediation, equipment decontamination, and handling of hazardous materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety by following PROS
• Perform non-emergency and emergency response activities involving biological and chemical materials
• Perform labor-intensive activities in all weather conditions
• Work in confined spaces, low clearances, and at heights
• Operate light and heavy equipment including skid steers, forklifts, pressure washers
• Availability for after-hours and weekend emergency response work
• Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on equipment
• Travel as required
• Maintain an excellent driving record

Minimum Requirements

• At least 3 years of verifiable experience operating a vehicle requiring a CDL
• Minimum Class B CDL, preferably Class A with HazMat and Tanker endorsements
• Pass pre-employment drug screening, background check, and physical exam
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. (E-Verify)
• Willingness to obtain OSHA 40-hour certification
• Ability to work on-call, in physically intensive roles, confined spaces, and wear respirators
• Regularly lift and carry 50 pounds
• Ability to interpret and follow instructions

Preferred Experience

Environmental and hazardous waste experience, OSHA 40hr HAZWOPER certification, heavy equipment operation, and maintenance experience are a plus.
