Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ESSdivision seeks an Associate Field Service Representative in Fenton, MO to provide material handling, warehouse, equipment and non-technical support to our Field Service team.

The role requires assisting with installation, startup, maintenance, and repairs of electrical distribution equipment, along with shipping, warehousing and inventory duties. Overtime and travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher is required.
• US work authorization without sponsorship is mandatory.
• No relocation; candidates within 50 miles will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide field service assistance by supporting technicians in equipment transport and installation.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, warehousing and material handling.
• Prepare materials and test equipment for jobs; ensure proper staging.
• Maintain stock and inventory records; enter data accurately.
• Work up to 40 hours base with overtime and travel premiums as applicable.
• Support safety training and company programs; operate company toolkit and phone.
