Job summary

ALL-COMM Technologies, Inc. is seeking a field technician responsible for staging, programming, and deployment of various communication systems and equipment.

You will troubleshoot on-site or in-house, respond to customer locations, and ensure proper maintenance of consoles, racks, cabinets, and related equipment. The role requires RF knowledge, basic IP site connect ability, and 3-5 years of industry experience, with a focus on quality service and timely reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile, on-site and/or in-house staging, programming, and preparation for various communication systems and equipment.
• Respond to customer locations to troubleshoot, repair, remove, or replace communication and system equipment and components.
• Perform tasks per Project Manager or Senior Technician specifications related to consoles, racks, cabinets, and other communication equipment.
• Perform site and system evaluations and preventative maintenance checks per customer needs and company policy.
• Maintain inventory of assigned equipment, parts, and tools.
• Maintain company vehicle upkeep including oil changes, preventive maintenance, and cleaning.
• Complete and submit relevant paperwork promptly to assure accountability and billing.

Job description

At ALL-COMM, you will be joining a team of highly skilled and knowledgeable technicians. You will be troubleshooting and repairing current systems and equipment as well as being instrumental in the staging and deployment of new systems and equipment. RF knowledge, Basic IP site connect ability, and 3-5 years industry experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile, on-site and/or in-house staging, programming, and preparation for various communication systems and equipment.
• Respond to customer locations to troubleshoot, repair, remove, or replace communication and system equipment and components.
• Perform designated tasks in accordance with Project Manager or Senior Technicians specifications related to projects involving consoles, racks, cabinets, and other communication equipment.
• Perform complete site and system evaluations and preventative maintenance checks in accordance with customer’s needs and as dictated by company policy.
• Maintain proper inventory of assigned equipment, parts, and tools.
• Maintenance and upkeep of company-provided vehicle including oil changes, preventative maintenance, and daily cleaning.
• Completing and submitting relevant paperwork in a timely fashion to assure proper accountability and billing for all jobs or projects assigned.
