Job summary

Walden Security is seeking a capable Supervisor to manage, supervise, and coordinate Contract Security Officers at the field level, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, client expectations, post orders, and company standards.

The role acts as a working supervisor performing the duties of a Contract Security Officer while providing leadership, training, inspection, and reporting to support effective operations and timely client communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of field supervision experience or equivalent education, training, and experience.
• Licenses as applicable: State Security Officer License; weapon certification; State Armed License if required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned Contract Security Officers and provide leadership on daily security operations, post assignments, performance, and compliance.
• Maintain communications with management on operational status and issues within authority.
• Serve as senior supervisor during assigned hours and address issues promptly within scope of authority.
