Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of successful field supervisory experience in civilian law enforcement, military service, security operations, or related environments.
• Documented evidence of comparable leadership experience may be considered with CTS approval.
• High school diploma or GED required; additional education in security-related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security operations at TVA non-nuclear facilities across TN, MS, and KY.
• Oversee access control, verify credentials, and manage visitor passes.
• Conduct patrols, monitor perimeters, and report security concerns.
• Respond to alarms and incidents; coordinate with law enforcement and TVA personnel.
• Provide onboarding, training, and performance coaching for security officers.
• Maintain reports, logs, and documentation for compliance and quality assurance.
