Job summary

Arrowhead Roofing in the Dallas–Fort Worth area seeks energetic Sales Assistants to work outdoors, engage homeowners, and help grow a high-earning sales pipeline. You will knock on doors, start conversations, and help keep inspection calendars full while learning real sales skills.

This W-2 role offers $500 per week training pay for the first 6 weeks, followed by performance-based compensation. Branded attire, in-depth training, and a clear growth path are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfort working outdoors and talking to homeowners.
• Confident, outgoing with strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to learn a proven process.

Responsibilities

• Knock on residential doors in assigned neighborhoods.
• Initiate conversations and schedule roof inspections.
• Assist a salesperson to keep inspections calendar full.
• Track activity, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Distribute promotional materials and reports daily.
