Description

The Sales Support Senior Associate provides comprehensive support including sales, marketing, operations, and administrative functions to multiple stakeholders. They partner with teammates to support regional leaders, sales managers, and frontline sales reps. They monitor regional goals, mentor other support associates, and support team development.

Responsibilities
  • Support sales reps and managers with marketing, community events, and sales activities.
  • Track and follow up on sales activities to analyze performance and improve planning.
  • Update and organize routine information, prepare presentations, and analyze data trends.
  • Support regional and branch sales promotion events and compliance work.
  • Assist with office management tasks across multiple branches.
  • Provide training or support to colleagues as needed.
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience in sales support, organizational, analytical, or marketing functions preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus.
