• Educate doctors, nurses, and staff on product use, functionality and updates.
• Tailor promotional messages based on customer knowledge and needs.
• Advise on appropriate product selection and answer questions about functionality.
• Differentiate Stryker products from competitors and maximize value for customers.
• Adjust time and effort to focus on what adds most value in the market.
