Southwind is hiring a Field Sales & Service Representative in Rhode Island. You’ll bring energy, professionalism, and salesmanship to every job, driving on-site sales and delivering clear estimates while removing junk safely from homes and businesses.

No prior junk removal experience is required; we train you. Expect 4-weekday + 1 weekend shifts, 8–10 hour days, and a competitive total compensation package including tips, profit share, and bonuses.

• Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75 lbs.
• Represent the brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance.
