Southwind, the owners of 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, is hiring a Field Sales & Service Representative in Maine to bring energy, professionalism, and salesmanship to every job. You will engage customers on-site, deliver clear estimates, and lead pricing conversations while ensuring safe removal of items from homes and businesses.

No prior junk removal experience is required as training is provided. Expect 4 weekday shifts and 1 weekend day, with 8–10 hour shifts, and a base pay of $23–$25 per hour plus tips

Responsibilities

• Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service.
• Lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates.
• Remove junk safely from homes and businesses.
• Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided).
• Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75 lbs.
• Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance.
