Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share growth within The Home Depot and other retailers. You will execute store promotions, engage customers with tailored TTI solutions, and support brand marketing initiatives.

The role involves merchandising, data-driven decisions using Power BI, travel to assigned markets, and building long‑term retailer partnerships. A proactive, customer‑driven mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license for at least one year and access to reliable transportation.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and prepared for travel including overnights.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support and implement strategic brand marketing initiatives to boost awareness and sell‑through.
• Utilize Power BI to analyze data and drive merchandising decisions and store performance.
• Develop a strong understanding of the retail marketplace and customer profiles.
• Build and maintain relationships with Home Depot team members for in‑store execution.
