Job summary

You will receive hands-on field experience in merchandising, sales analytics, and customer engagement, supporting brand initiatives and data-driven decisions. Responsibilities include promotional events, product demos, and maintaining brand presence while coordinating with Home Depot teams.

Qualifications

• Exposed to selling in a retail environment and understanding customer needs.
• Experience applying merchandising strategies and in-store execution.
• Proficiency with Power BI for data-driven decisions.
• Strong MS Office skills for reporting and communication.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan events, demos, and store walks to drive engagement and sell-through.
• Support brand marketing initiatives to raise awareness and sales.
• Utilize Power BI to analyze data and optimize in-store impact.
