Job summary

Techtronic Industries, NA (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive sales with The Home Depot nationwide. You will develop account plans, present product solutions, and lead in-store demonstrations while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role requires travel, a valid US driver's license, a personal vehicle, and proficiency with MS Office and Power BI to analyze performance. Competitive pay, benefits, and relocation options are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Ability to pass drug screening and MVRS screening.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation.
• Position requires travel to/ from assigned store location(s) as well as occasional travel for meetings, projects, events. Air travel will be required.
• Employees will also be required to transport a small amount of company property (company devices, demo tools, tool kit, safety supplies).
• Capable of reaching and/or lifting overhead and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering in-store consumer sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support and implement brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and drive sell-through.
• Leverage Power BI to analyze store performance and drive merchandising decisions.
• Develop understanding of the retail marketplace and channel dynamics.
• Participate in TTI’s training program to work independently in your market.
• Build and manage relationships with Home Depot team members for in-store execution.
• Manage inventory levels and report tasks promptly.
