Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Field Sales Representatives to work under our Regional Sales Managers. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, promote our products, and close sales with smoke shops and distributors within your assigned region. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Regions: West Coast, East Coast, Southern Region, Midwest, Northeast

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation:
    1. Utilize provided lists of smoke shops, dispensaries, and distributors to identify potential clients.
    2. Conduct research to discover additional leads through online resources and industry networks.
  2. Initial Contact:
    1. Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, and in-person visits.
    2. Introduce Cookies Delta 8 and outline the benefits of our products.
  3. Product Demonstration:
    1. Demonstrate product features and benefits using samples and marketing materials.
    2. Highlight the unique selling points and differentiators of Cookies Delta 8.
  4. Closing Sales:
    1. Negotiate terms, answer questions, and address concerns to finalize agreements.
    2. Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
  5. Post-Sale Engagement:
    1. Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat orders.
    2. Provide free product samples to potential clients to secure new leads.
  6. Reporting:
    1. Submit detailed weekly reports to the Regional Sales Manager, including updates on leads, sales activities, and progress towards targets.
    2. Participate in weekly team meetings to share experiences and receive feedback.
  7. Performance Monitoring:
    1. Strive to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
    2. Stay informed about industry trends and product updates.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Delta 8 or related industry.
  2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  4. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  5. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Compensation:

  1. Commission-Based: Earn a base commission rate of 5% on all sales, with tiered rates for higher sales volumes.
  2. Performance Bonuses: Monthly and quarterly bonuses based on achieving sales targets and additional sales milestones.
  3. Team-based bonuses for regions that meet or exceed collective targets.
