Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service is seeking Field Sales Representatives for our Water Restoration department. Ideal candidates will pursue sales opportunities and qualified leads provided by field service technicians and call centers.

If you have outside sales experience and aspire to succeed in a leading company, we encourage you to apply! This opportunity offers unlimited earnings averaging $75,000–$95,000 per year plus mileage reimbursement, with weekly base pay plus commission.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and acceptable background check per company standards.
• Demonstrated exceptional focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment while also being available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of Water Restoration and practices is required; plumbing experience not required.
• Organized self-starter with an outgoing personality.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and other company software programs.
• Previous outside sales of in-home services is strongly desired, but all outside sales experience will be considered.
• Maintains IICRC WRT and ASD certification in Water Damage Restoration.
• Must be medically cleared to wear a respirator and complete a respirator fit test.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell opportunities to mitigate property damage caused by water to residential and commercial markets.
• Perform assessments of property to determine moisture levels and need for demolition and drying to acceptable levels.
• Engage in proactive follow-up communication with existing customers to deliver effective solutions for plumbing or water-related issues.
• Leverage our pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes and close sales.
• Be a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers.

Water Restoration Sales Responsibilities

• The primary function of this role is to identify and sell opportunities to mitigate property damage caused by water to the residential and commercial market.
• The Sales Representative will perform assessments of property to determine moisture levels and the need for demolition and drying to acceptable levels.

Water Restoration Sales Requirements

• A Working knowledge of common software programs such as Word, Excel, etc. Other Roto-Rooter specific computer programs will also be used.
• Previous experience with outside sales of in-home services is strongly desired, but all outside sales experience will be considered
• Maintains IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD) certification in Water Damage Restoration.
• Must be medically cleared to wear a respirator and complete a respirator fit test.
