Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Texas. The role involves contacting homeowners, generating sales, presenting pest control options, and completing paperwork for service teams. You’ll build relationships, work outdoors, and adapt to flexible hours in a dynamic team environment.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of sales experience and strong communication skills. A company vehicle, phone, and benefits are included as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in sales preferred.
• Ability to reach homeowners and present products and services.
• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to work outside and on flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls.
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners.
• Explain and demonstrate benefits and prices of HomeTeam's products and services to customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately to provide technicians with needed information.
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.
• Enjoy working outside and meeting new people.
• Work flexible hours and stay motivated, organized, and personable with all customers.
