We are looking for a Service Sales Engineer to join our team on our journey for a better tomorrow.
Your mission as a Service Sales Engineer is to develop and strengthen relationships with customers and internal partners by listening, creating value, and following up on leads and opportunities that support business growth.
You will develop a strategic sales territory, identify new accounts and opportunities, and plan calls accordingly. You will follow market trends and seek innovative solutions for changing customer and market scenarios. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager.
You will attend to incoming customer requests and develop those into cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
You will qualify and respond to leads from various sources.
You will collaborate with other sales teams and departments to develop opportunities and strategies to retain or recover lost customers.
You will conduct prospecting with defined target accounts, set up future meetings, and develop sales opportunities.
You will conduct the necessary sales process to create value for the customer and stakeholders.
You will identify and further develop contacts within each account.
You will prepare quotes for Fixed Price Services, Service Plans, and other services.
You will utilize business tools such as Salesforce.com, CPQ (iQ2), ERP (BPCS), among others, to gather customer information, follow-up, and record activities.
You will process orders, maintaining the integrity of the post-sales process by acquiring necessary POs, documentation, approvals, and contracts.
You will help maintain installed base information and customer records in ERP and CRM systems.
You will provide feedback on market activity, competition, and other relevant information to sales and marketing teams.
You will conduct regular reviews with your sales manager and CTS team.
You should have 2 years of experience in the service business, prospecting, and conducting systematic sales processes.
Experience with compressed air systems or similar is preferred.
A bachelor’s degree in management, business, administration, marketing, engineering, or a related technical field is required; relevant experience will be considered.
You should be customer-oriented, able to understand and prioritize customer needs.
You should be a risk-taker and capable of leading yourself, acting proactively despite varied workloads.
You should be proficient with computers, CRMs, and database management.

Potential earnings of $105,000 include a base salary of $55K to $65K gross annually, plus car allowance and commissions.
