No cap on earnings; top performers may transition to full-time. Training, materials, and the Property & Casualty license cost are covered by us, plus opportunities for growth.

Compensation & Growth:

Above-average earnings with unlimited commission - no cap on what you can earn. Consistent presenters typically make $2,000+ per month (and significantly more) with just 10-20 focused hours per week. Top performers build very lucrative part-time or full-time income. We cover the cost of your Property & Casualty license and provide complete training and materials. Top performers receive priority for full-time positions.

• Tech proficiency under pressure (PowerPoint, apps, troubleshooting).
• Willingness to obtain your Property & Casualty license (paid by us).
• Plus: Sales experience, law enforcement/military background, or firearms training experience.
