A leading company in the bedding industry is seeking a Field Sales Representative to enhance market share and profitability through effective sales strategies and retail partnerships. The Field Sales Representative plays a critical role in overall field execution strategy and leads Serta Simmons Beddings’ efforts to protect and grow market share, improve profitability, and expand retailer relationships. The Field Sales Representative will drive sales activities for an assigned territory through the implementation of company strategy and ensures strategic and tactical alignment with key stakeholders and business partners to grow business profitability. Responsible for coordinating and leading training events and retail partner collaboration to drive initiatives for increased sales and market share of Serta Simmons Bedding product portfolio.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to where legally required, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
