Overview
Corpay is seeking a Field Sales Representative based in Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, or South Dakota. This role is part of our Fleet business line and reports to the Field Sales Manager. You will be responsible for selling our SaaS-based Fuel Management solution, business cards, and AP solutions including expense reimbursement, bill pay, and ERP integrations in your designated territory.

Responsibilities
- Generate new business within the assigned market.
- Communicate effectively with leadership and stakeholders.
- Follow a consultative sales approach to identify customer goals and challenges.
- Align solutions to customer needs and demonstrate value.
- Support new customer onboarding to ensure revenue realization.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Collaborate internally and externally to achieve results.
- Participate in sales planning, events, and campaigns.
- Meet sales and revenue targets.
- Document activities in Salesforce CRM.
- Engage in personal and professional growth through feedback and coaching.
- Maintain compliance and professional conduct.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience with a record of exceeding goals.
- Ability to prospect and generate leads independently.
- Strong research and networking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience selling to corporate clients is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of commercial payments, fuel, or automation is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Compensation
OTE (at plan): $160,000 - $200,000, with uncapped commissions.
