Monogram Health is seeking a Field Sales Representative to work in Mobile, AL, meeting patients at their homes to explain the Monogram Health program and connect eligible individuals to care. You will be the face of our brand, building trust and guiding patients through next steps with compassion and clarity.
You will travel daily across the territory, aiming to complete 15 home visits and achieve sales targets.

In this role, you will engage face-to-face with Monogram-eligible patients who could benefit from our services but are not currently enrolled in our program. By educating patients on Monogram, answering their questions, and building their trust, you’ll help connect them to life-changing care. The base salary plus bonus range for this role is $65,000 to $130,000 and reflects the range of experience and qualifications we may consider. Final compensation will be determined based on geographic location and job‑related factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and internal compensation considerations. While the full range is posted, most offers will typically fall within a narrower band based on these factors. This range is inclusive of a monthly bonus, based upon individual performance. Bonus payments are not guaranteed and are awarded at the company’s discretion.

Monogram Health is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and on holidays, to support and treat patients in their home.
