Job summary

U.S. LawShield is seeking a Part-Time Field Sales Representative to present to small groups at gun ranges, stores, and events. You’ll turn presentations into enrollments by guiding prospects through a 20–30 minute session and closing with confidence.

This flexible role offers weekend and event-based work with potential for growth into full-time opportunities, unlimited commissions, and training. You’ll promote the Legal Defense for Self Defense program and educate members on our mission:

The schedule is flexible, centered primarily on weekends and gun shows, with weekday events consistently available. Consistent availability and reliability are essential — the more events you commit to, the greater your income and growth potential.

Compensation & Growth:

• Above-average earnings with unlimited commission— no cap on what you can earn. Consistent presenters typically make $2,000+ per month(and significantly more) with just 10–20 focused hours per week. Top performers build very lucrative part-time or full-time income.
• We cover the cost of your Property & Casualty licenseand provide complete training and materials.
• Top performers receive priority for full-time positions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong presentation and closing skills with the ability to guide small groups effectively.
• Deep passion for firearms, self-defense education, and the 2nd Amendment.
• Competitive drive, self-initiative, and a winning mindset.
• Tech proficiency under pressure (PowerPoint, apps, troubleshooting).
• Willingness to obtain your Property & Casualty license (paid by us).
• Plus: Sales experience, law enforcement/military background, or firearms training experience.
