We’re seeking charismatic, high‑performing presenters who excel at reading a room and confidently guiding small groups to a decision in just 20–30 minutes. The schedule is flexible, centered primarily on weekends and gun shows, with weekday events consistently available. Consistent availability and reliability are essential — the more events you commit to, the greater your income and growth potential.

Compensation & Growth:

• Above‑average earnings with unlimited commission— no cap on what you can earn. Consistent presenters typically make $2,000+ per month(and significantly more) with just 10–20 focused hours per week. Top performers build very lucrative part‑time or full‑time income.


• We cover the cost of your Property & Casualty licenseand provide complete training and materials.


• Top performers receive priority for full‑time positions.

• Strong presentation and closing skills with the ability to guide small groups effectively.


• Deep passion for firearms, self‑defense education, and the 2nd Amendment.


• Competitive drive, self‑initiative, and a winning mindset.


• Tech proficiency under pressure (PowerPoint, apps, troubleshooting).


• Willingness to obtain your Property & Casualty license (paid by us).


• Plus: Sales experience, law enforcement/military background, or firearms training experience.
