Work Arrangement:

This position will follow a hybrid schedule of Monday and Friday in the San Jose office and Tuesday-Thursday on the road.

Responsibilities:
  1. Define critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory, plan strategy, and develop key relationships to support solution selling. Maintain relationships with contacts involved in design opportunities and address business challenges, ensuring customer satisfaction related to supply chain management and value-added services. Experience with vendors and customers in technical and engineering environments is required, along with a strong understanding of electronics industry pricing models.
  2. Develop strategic plans for assigned accounts, selling and marketing Arrow's full range of offerings, with in-depth knowledge of Arrow’s key supplier lines.
  3. Prepare comprehensive quarterly business reviews (iQBRs), presenting strategic plans and growth initiatives to enhance sales, demand creation, and customer service. Lead regular QBRs with major clients to identify additional sales opportunities.
  4. Promote and sell the value-added, supply chain, and full lifecycle programs offered by Arrow. Proficiency in sales tracking systems like Salesforce.com and Oracle is required, along with the ability to build relationships with key suppliers.
  5. Participate in a sales compensation plan, with a portion of OTE tied to sales-related goals as set by Arrow.
Qualifications:
  • Typically requires a 4-year degree and 5-7 years of related experience, or equivalent work experience.
  • Must be a US citizen due to federal government contractual requirements.

Compensation:

Annual range: $91,900 - $150,703.04. Actual offer may vary based on location, experience, education, and skills. The pay ratio between base and incentives will be finalized at offer.
