Title: Field Sales Representative (Storm Restoration)

Location: Plano, TX (DFW Metro)

Type: Full-time, In-Office (1099 Contractor)

Compensation: Compensation: $45,000 - $125,000 per year: (Base pay up to $5,000/month + Commission)

Rivertop Roofing is seeking professional, people-first candidates for our field sales team.

This position offers stability, clear expectations, a strong team structure, and a path to grow into leadership within a reputable storm restoration roofing company. You’ll meet with homeowners across the DFW area and help guide them through roof inspections and insurance claims.

Role Responsibilities

• Generate local leads through neighborhood outreach, networking, and door knocking
• Document project details by doing on-roof inspections
• Presenting roofing solutions and assist with the insurance-related process
• Communicate customer and project details to office operations team
• Attend training and strategy meetings at our Plano office
  
  

Qualifications

• Sales experience is a plus but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Able to safely and confidently handle ladders and climb up and down roofs
• Willingness to learn our process through ongoing in-person training sessions
  
  

Compensation & Career Path

• Base pay up to $5,000/month based on achieving sales quotas
• Additional commission on jobs sold
• Expected earnings: $45K–$125K per year based on performance
• Advancement opportunities into field leadership or sales management roles
  
  

Previous Experience That Translates Well:

• Sales roles of any kind: Automotive, Insurance, Home Security, Food, etc...
• Restaurant host or wait staff
• Door to door sales or canvassing
• Insurance Agency or Adjuster
• Construction, retail, or customer service (Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc.)

This is a 1099 contractor role with a strong support structure. It includes both field and office responsibilities and is based at our Plano, TX headquarters. Candidates must be at least 18 years old to obtain the required permits for this position.
