Role Overview

As a B2B Outside Sales Representative, you'll be out in your community, building relationships with small to mid-sized businesses and offering them Fiber Internet that can make a difference. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Begin the day with a team meeting to celebrate successes, strategize and plan, and receive ongoing training and support
  • Build relationships and meet face-to-face with small to midsize businesses through B2B sales (you’ll be out in the field - no cubicles here!)
  • Help companies find smart solutions with Frontier Communications’ services tailored to each client’s needs
  • Manage a sales pipeline and client data through our customized CRM system, ensuring a smooth process from prospecting to close
  • Grow your confidence, your skills, and your paycheck
