Job Posting: Door-to-Door Sales Representative (Pressure Washing)

Company: Rolling Suds – Power/Soft Washing Experts

Location: Hermitage, TN and Mid Tennessee (Clarksville south to Rutherford County)

Job Type: Part-Time & Full-Time / Hourly + Commission

Pay: $15-$18 per hour (based on skills and experience) + Monthly Commission on Sales

We’re Hiring! Rolling Suds is looking for 2-3 motivated and outgoing Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our growing team and assist our techs in the field generate jobs. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in face-to-face sales and enjoy working outdoors.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Engage with homeowners in assigned areas to offer professional pressure washing services.
  2. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even when handling rejection.
  3. Clearly communicate the value and benefits of our services.
  4. Follow a structured sales approach to generate leads and close deals.
  5. Track and report daily visits, interactions, and sales progress.
Job Requirements:
  1. Must be comfortable handling rejection professionally and maintaining a positive demeanor.
  2. Required door-to-door hours: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Monday – Friday) – these are prime selling hours.
  3. Weekend Position Available: One Sales Representative will be scheduled for Saturday and Sunday on a rotating basis.
  4. Must be self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
  5. Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  6. Previous sales experience is preferred but not required—training will be provided.
Compensation & Benefits:
  1. Hourly Pay: $15-$18 per hour (based on skills and experience).
  2. Commissions: Monthly commission paid on closed door-to-door sales.
  3. Ongoing training and mentorship to improve sales skills.
