As a Field Sales Representative, you'll manage a portfolio of existing customers while building new business opportunities across the specialty toy channel. This is an entry-level sales role where you'll develop core account management skills, contribute to revenue growth, and help deliver the LEGO Group's value proposition through thoughtful planning, selling, and customer partnership. You'll work closely with retailers, support product launches, and help turn commercial plans into results.

The salary for this position has a range of $75,436.00 - $113,154.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
