Job summary

HomeTeam in the United States is seeking an energetic sales associate to activate homeowners for pest control services. You will generate sales through door-to-door outreach and warm calls, explaining benefits and pricing while delivering a friendly customer experience.

The role emphasizes independent work, daily outside activity, and building lasting relationships with customers. Training is provided, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred; training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners with our built in pest control system to generate sales, including knocking on doors, and making telephone calls
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners
• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
• 29 hour work period weekly
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
