Field Sales Rep II CP-
This territory for this role will cover West Central Iowa.
Position Overview:
As a key member of Bayer's commercial team, you will play a crucial role in achieving assigned targets with Bayer products in collaboration with your squad-mates. You are responsible for the successful delivery of squad goals, supporting others in fulfilling their roles. You will develop and implement dealer business plans, manage forecasting proactively, handle inventory management and product line demand issues, set business directions, and coordinate follow-ups with dealers. Your role involves serving as a key business consultant to retailers and dealers, effectively selling the value of Bayer Crop Science products, and demonstrating proof of product performance against the competition. Collaboration with squad-mates including Field Sales Reps, Sales Agronomist, Technical Agronomists, Digital Enablement Leads, and Technology Development Representatives is essential to maximize services, information, and sales to preferred growers and key customer accounts. You will actively manage inventory concerns, gather and analyze market and competitive information, and utilize data to make key decisions to drive the business. Your responsibilities also include managing expenses, discretionary dollars, and program payments to enable top and bottom-line growth, showing initiative in expanding selling skills and product/portfolio knowledge, ensuring achievement of program execution and fulfillment, and successfully partnering with squad-mates to manage relationships with top growers and retailers.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately between $71,072.00 - $105,103.00.Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).
