Cleft of the Rock is hiring a Field Sales Professional to work directly with business owners and individuals, providing health and life insurance solutions.

You will meet decision-makers in person, present tailored coverage, and build lasting client relationships, earning a base-pay draw plus commissions and bonuses. This role is in-person and focused on growth within a supportive, purpose-driven team.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (reimbursement provided).
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

As a Field Sales Professional, you will work directly with business owners, managers, and individual clients to provide insurance solutions that meet their needs and give them peace of mind. You will focus on supporting others with honesty and commitment, building trust, and fostering relationships that last.

Schedule:Monday–Friday, weekends as needed
