HomeTeam is hiring sales-focused professionals who meet homeowners in their area to present pest control products and services. You will build relationships, explain benefits and pricing, and complete sales paperwork to support technicians delivering quality service.

No prior experience required—training is provided. Must be 18+, have a GED or high school diploma, and hold a valid driver’s license. Enjoy outdoor work and interacting with people daily.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners using patience and persistence.
• Explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services to current and potential customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately to ensure Pest Control Techs have what they need to delight the homeowner.
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.
• Enjoy working outside and meeting new people.
• Maintain flexible hours and stay organized and personable with all customers.
