Astound is seeking a results-oriented, field-based Outside Sales professional for residential door-to-door sales in the San Antonio, TX market. You will earn a base salary plus uncapped commissions, with the potential to exceed six figures based on performance.

The role emphasizes in-person customer engagement, scheduling flexibility, and building brand awareness while representing a leading internet provider.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communications, relationship-building, organizational, presentation and influence skills.
• Sales-quota driven and self-starter, autonomous.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through professional, face-to-face interaction with residents, property management groups, and other referral sources.
• Aggressively pursue any leads provided daily.
• Distribute marketing material, facilitate strategic marketing campaigns, build Astound brand awareness.
• Visit potential customers at their residences to discuss service needs, providing quotes and sign up orders.
• Report sales statistics accurately and promptly to management.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings.
• Stay up to date with what the competition is doing in your market.
