Job summary

Vanta Diagnostics is a rapidly growing national laboratory delivering targeted molecular diagnostics. The Field Sales Representatives call on relevant medical specialties to promote our products and own end-to-end territory growth with high autonomy.

Base pay ranges $70,000–$90,000 with uncapped quarterly bonuses and first-year OTE $130,000–$150,000. Company benefits include health, vision, dental, 401(k) match, life/disability coverage, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing preferred, High School diploma required.
• Minimum of 6+ months of Diagnostics sales selling experience to providers.
• Proven ability to self-source leads and close new business.
• Highly organized and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
• Strong long-term relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a clean driving record in compliance with company and insurance standards.
• Reliable personal vehicle available for business use.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory, including occasional regional travel as needed.
• Required residence in territory geography where we are hiring.
• Willingness to undergo regular drug screenings as per customer/medical facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and present suitable diagnostic solutions to support clinical and operational needs.
• Successfully develop and manage a territory plan that has you at or above targeted goals.
• Actively engage with company training, sales tools, and management.
• Maintain effective and regular communication with all staff members in an office or healthcare facility.
