Job summary

Vanta Diagnostics, LLC. is expanding its national sales team and seeks Field Sales Representatives to promote our diagnostic portfolio across multiple specialties. You will own end-to-end territory management, build relationships with providers, and drive growth with high autonomy in the field.

The role requires strong communication, self-sourcing leads, and ability to travel frequently. Compensation includes base pay with uncapped quarterly bonuses and attractive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing preferred; High School diploma required.
• Minimum 6+ months of Diagnostics sales experience to providers.
• Strong long-term relationship-building skills and ability to work independently in field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Promote and educate on our portfolio of products to medical specialties.
• Develop and manage a territory plan to meet or exceed goals.
• Engage with training, sales tools, and management.
• Maintain regular communication with staff in clinics or facilities.
