Prominent Roofing is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in the Twin Cities area. This is a field-based role where you’ll meet homeowners, build trust, run appointments, and close deals. Training pay provided during ramp-up, followed by commission-based earnings with uncapped potential.

Strong candidates come from customer-facing roles like retail, fitness, car sales, wireless, or hospitality. Evening and some Saturdays are required, with growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, gym or fitness membership sales, car sales, wireless or telecom, canvassing, in-home sales or any commission-based role.

Responsibilities

• Field-based role meeting homeowners, building trust, running appointments, and closing deals.
• Lead generation from door knocking, referrals, and neighborhood outreach.
• You won't be behind a desk; you'll be moving and engaging with people daily.
