Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a Full-Time Territory Sales Representative to promote Springs Window Fashions in Seattle-area retail locations. You will develop retailer relationships, demonstrate products, and drive in-store displays to boost visibility and sales.

Travel within your territory (2–5 stores per day) is required. The role offers weekly pay, a 10% monthly bonus potential, health/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, PTO, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or strong interest in building a career in sales.
• Outgoing and confident with excellent communication skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently.
• Comfortable working in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Springs Window Fashions products.
• Build strong relationships with store associates and customers.
• Merchandising: Maintain and set up product displays.
• Sales: Meet or exceed targets and goals.
• Generate leads to increase sales.
• Provide excellent customer service and product education.
• Travel within your territory, visiting 2-5 stores per day.
