Job summary

Orkin is seeking a driven Sales Inspector to protect homes by delivering trusted pest control solutions. You’ll perform comprehensive home inspections, explain recommendations, and close deals with homeowners, supported by strong training and a brand with nearly 125 years of experience.

In this field-facing role, you’ll grow your sales skills, earn commissions, and have opportunities for leadership as you progress with a well-known, mission-driven company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s protection services and how to make strategic recommendations.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to protect homes.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Maintain professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Prospect new business and follow assigned leads to generate sales.
• Schedule home visits and explain Orkin products in a clear, compelling way.
• Inspect interior and exterior of homes and explain findings.
• Use iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
