This is a true field role requiring you to generate opportunities, meet prospects, and close deals in the field with a focus on relationship-building and long-term occupancy growth.

You will join a growth-oriented team and enjoy six-figure earning potential through base salary plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Proven success in outside sales or field sales.
• Experience in door-to-door sales or high-activity commission environments preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly self-motivated with excellent time management.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through daily field prospecting and networking.
• Visit RV parks, dealerships, and locations where RV owners gather.
• Build and manage your sales pipeline from first contact to signed agreement.
• Develop relationships and educate customers on premium indoor storage and on-site service.
• Create demand by introducing affluent RV owners to storage benefits and services.
• Meet or exceed occupancy and revenue objectives while maintaining relationships.
