Meier Insurance Agency is hiring a Field Sales Professional to drive business growth and build lasting client relationships. This in-person sales role offers a clear path to leadership as you own your territory, develop product knowledge, and consistently hit aggressive targets.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a proven Sales Manager, and will benefit from comprehensive training, licensing reimbursement, and a supportive culture focused on growth and success.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life general lines (or able to obtain Health & Life producer license - licensing reimbursement offered)
• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience. Candidates within 6 months or less of degree completion will be considered, as will candidates with less than 4 years of professional work experience who have relevant or specialized outside sales experience.
