Job summary

Devine Business Group is seeking a Field Sales Professional to drive territory growth in a direct sales environment. You will build relationships with business owners and managers, present tailored supplemental insurance solutions, and pursue new opportunities while maintaining integrity and client focus.

This role offers weekly draw pay with uncapped commissions and bonuses, mentorship and development, leadership paths, and a flexible, autonomous schedule in a B2B, in-person setting.

Qualifications

• licensed in Health & Life, or willing to obtain your state Health & Life producer license (training and reimbursement provided)
• 5+ years of post-high school professional experience, or Bachelor's degree with relevant work experience
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient in a performance-based environment
