Job summary

Leaf Home in Oklahoma City is seeking a Field Sales Representative to educate homeowners on LeafFilter gutter protection and gutter replacement. You will perform street-level inspections and generate sales leads in your assigned territory.

This role offers an uncapped earning potential with a target of $55,000 to $100,000+, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and a path to career growth. You must have a driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads for our outside sales team by covering an assigned territory each day, canvassing and engaging prospective customers at their homes to discuss Leaf Home products.
• Utilize a consultative selling approach to educate consumers on the benefits of Leaf Home products and gather information for the sales team to follow up and schedule an in-person product demonstration.
• Report daily results to the field management team and develop collaborative working relationships with other sales representatives.
• Ensure high-quality and accurate representation of Leaf Home products by representing the company professionally and ensuring that potential customers have an exceptional experience.
• While performing the duties of this job, you must be able to work outdoors daily with exposure to the elements.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods is required.
