Job summary

TDS Telecom is seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative in Great Falls, MT to grow our residential fiber, TV, and phone services through door-to-door outreach. You’ll be out in the community, meeting homeowners and explaining how our solutions can improve their everyday connectivity.

You'll manage your own 40-hour week with scheduling between 9 AM and 9 PM, enjoy flexible hours, and participate in a hybrid work model with admin time from home.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Knock on 60+ doors daily and spark conversations with 15–20 people.
• Help 1–3 families daily upgrade to faster, reliable internet.
• Be the face of TDS, representing the brand with professionalism and energy.
• Complete sales documentation and reports daily to track progress.
• Develop community presence by participating in local events with the Marketing team.
