Job summary

PK Property Services is hiring a Full-Time Sales Representative in Saint Paul, MN. The role focuses on identifying customer needs, generating new sales opportunities through outbound outreach, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. You will engage with prospects, qualify leads, and nurture relationships throughout the sales process.

Salary range is $80,000 to $110,000 annually (DOE). Schedule is 8:00am – 4:30pm with travel to job sites as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Willingness to travel to job sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop new sales opportunities through outbound emails, calls, and follow-ups.
• Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Answer questions and provide product or service information by phone and email.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
• Maintain a high conversion rate on company-provided leads.
• Build and maintain a database of prospects.
• Travel to job sites as required.
