Job Summary

This role provides operational and analytical support for territory leadership to optimize initiatives. Performs work with limited guidance.

Essential Job Functions

• Conducts market research, analyzes data, and provides insights on sales performance, agent productivity, customer experience, and market trends.
• Develops recommendations to improve sales productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinates product rollouts, sales initiatives, communication strategies, technology integration, and profitability actions.
• Assists leadership with project management, presentations, and communication initiatives.
• Supports ad-hoc projects including problem resolution.
• Coordinates meetings, including agendas, communication, logistics, speakers, and content.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Physical Actions

This role involves typical office activities, including sitting, standing, reaching, lifting up to 10 pounds, and operating a computer for extended periods.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in insurance operations, marketing, or similar roles.
• Experience with data analysis is preferred.
