TTI (Techtronic Industries) seeks individuals to drive best-in-class Business to Consumer sales and customer service at The Home Depot nationwide. You will engage customers, tailor product solutions, and execute promotions, demos, and store walks to boost sell-through while applying strong product knowledge.

The role requires travel to stores, strong organizational skills, MS Office proficiency, and adaptability to a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license for at least one year and a personal vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Exceed sales targets by delivering B2C sales and customer service within The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive consumer engagement.
• Support branding and merchandising initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sell-through.
• Leverage data analytics (Power BI) to drive in-store decisions and improve performance.
• Build relationships with Home Depot staff to enhance in-store execution and long-term partnerships.
