Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) seeks a proactive field sales/merchandising professional to drive market share growth for The Home Depot. You will manage merchandising, promotions, and store events while applying Power BI analytics to optimize shelf presence and sell-through.

You will engage customers, align with brand marketing, and build partnerships with Home Depot teams to ensure execution and inventory readiness across assigned stores nationwide.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Ability to pass drug screening and MVR screening.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license for at least one year.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel to stores and meetings; air travel may be required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move heavy tools.
• Retail environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promos, product demos, and store walks to drive engagement.
• Support brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and stock via merchandising and data analytics.
• Develop understanding of retail marketplace and channel dynamics.
• Participate in TTI’s training program to work independently in your market.
• Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team for in-store execution.
