Job summary

TTI (Techtronic Industries) is seeking a merchandiser to drive market share in The Home Depot across the United States. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and execute promotional events.

You will analyze sales data with Power BI, coordinate merchandising resets, and collaborate with Home Depot teams to ensure strong in-store execution, while maintaining high product availability and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle/reliable form of transportation.
• Capable of travel to/from assigned store locations and occasional meetings/events, including air travel.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and using ladders as needed.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best-in-class B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support and implement strategic brand marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising, product placement, and data analytics.
• Develop an understanding of the retail marketplace and channel dynamics.
• Participate in TTI's training program to work independently in your market.
• Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members for better in-store execution.
• Manage inventory levels and reporting; down-stock and maintain product accessibility.
• Participate in merchandising resets to showcase cutting-edge products and meet market needs.
