Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best-in-class B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive consumer engagement.
• Support and implement strategic brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through strategic merchandising, optimal product placement, and data-driven decision making using Power BI.
• Develop understanding of the retail marketplace, including customer profiles, product applications, and competitive dynamics.
• Build and maintain relationships with The Home Depot team members to enhance in-store execution and long-term partnerships.
• Manage inventory levels through down-stacking and prompt reporting of tasks.
